Duties Description SUNY Brockport is accepting applications for an Office Assistant 1 (Keyboarding) in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions.
Duties include:
Processes all student applications for prospective applicants.
Generates letters for applicants without errors.
Responds to office emails.
Scans and processes student documents to their application.
Supports other office staff with various responsibilities as needed.
Answers overflow calls received on main office number.
Processes incoming mail.
Additional Comments Respond to the canvass letter (if applicable).
