The College is seeking applicants for anticipated openings for part-time adjunct faculty in the Department of Modern Languages and Cultures
Position Description
The department typically hires adjunct faculty to teach class for the subject areas/courses listed below, but this list is not all inclusive. Other courses/subject areas may become available within the department.
Illustrative needs or job duties include but are not limited to teaching:
+ Three sections of American Sign Language I - (Beginning I). All classes are face to face and offered during the day.
Required Qualifications
+ Master?s Degree in American Sign Language or a related field from an accredited US Department of Education or an internationally recognized institution.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Significant teaching experience at the College level
Salary
$2400 per 3 credit hour course.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
